"Holly has cracked the code on permanent weight control. Following the FollowHolly program, I found I didn’t have to trade being slim for being ravenous. What a relief! I now have, and can easily maintain, the body I’ve always wanted. I don’t have time to create special recipes and spend hours working out every day. The FollowHolly program is easy. Manageable. Holly’s Recipes are simple and delicious. I’ve never found any other weight loss program that I could make a permanent lifestyle. I am finally not hungry all the time, and those couple of stubborn pounds easily melted off. I’m a life-long follower!
I am nineteen years old and am a full time, second year college student. I had always been very involved in high school. I was a cheerleader, dancer, ran track and field, and was a regular at the gym. After graduating, my lifestyle changed completely. Many of you have heard of the dreaded "Freshman Fifteen," and like many first year college students, I couldn't find the time between work and school to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I was snacking on junk food between classes, skipping meals and eating a lot of fast food. I also hadn't participated in any form of cardio exercise in over a year! I was not only losing my muscular definition, but it effected
me mentally as well. I was always tired and was constantly feeling stressed out over my schedule. I am now in my second year of college and have been following Holly for almost 6 months. I have regained my strength, both mentally and physically. I have lost about 6 pounds and have maintained that weight for the last few months. I love the way I feel and am so happy with my body. I can maintain my diet easily, even with my busy schedule. I am able to allocate time to Pilates and Yoga classes as well as weight training and cardio a few days each week. "I was naturally slim and fit all my life, but as I entered my late 30's I started to gain weight; not much at first, a pound or two a year, but it accelerated to the point where I found I could no longer fit into my clothes. I had no idea how to diet because I never needed to lose weight before, but I knew a crash diet wouldn't work.
